With the winter temperatures in full effect, the extreme cold weather can be harsh on our hair.  Along with indoor heating, this combination can create a dry, less humid environment.  This affects not only the hair, but also your scalp! Dry brittle hair and flakes are not a great combination for feeling confident!​

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

To ensure we are valuing our Stylist’s time and providing optimal service to all clients, we kindly request that you provide us with a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations. When booking a service with Hair N’Abstract, a credit card on file is required, to secure your booking.  *For cancellations within a 48 hour window of your appointment, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price will be charged to your card on file.  For a, “no call, no show,” 100% of the scheduled services will be charged to your card on file.  Please understand that if you cancel last minute or “no show” for a booking, our Stylists are unable to schedule other clients to replace your booking. We recommend that you contact us in advance if your plans change to avoid unnecessary charges.  *15 minutes is considered a missed appointment and will result in a fee of 100% of your scheduled service.  Please understand that if you are late, this backs up every booking and this is to ensure client service consistency.
